The Fabrication Machine immediately attempted to grab the Talisman back from 9, but he activated the Talisman against the Machine, removing all the slain stitchpunks' souls from it. The Fabrication Machine then exploded in a fiery/electrical blast, killing it for good.
El Macho
Despicable Me 2
“I have admired your work for years, amigo! Stealing the moon? Are you kidding?! We would be unstoppable. Men like you, men like me. We should be ruling the world.”
Gru nearly loses the battle until he uses a lipstick Taser to paralyze El Macho. Dr. Nefario then knocks him out with a Fart Gun.
Sharptooth
The Land Before Time

However, even after Sharptooth accidentally helps Petrie master his flight abilities, the plan is seemingly doomed to fail until Cera returns and helps push the boulder down onto Sharptooth. In a final act of rage and desperation, Sharptooth takes Petrie down with him as he plunges into the lake and sinks to the bottom to his watery grave. After moments, the remaining children start to walk away sadly, believing Petrie to be dead. However, the Flyer manages to surface and fly back to his friends, and they all rejoice, having finally avenged Littlefoot's Mother's death.
Lord Business
The Lego Movie
"Nothing personal, it's just business. "Lord" Business, Ciao!”
However, Finn's father and Lord Business both had a change of heart by the end of the movie. The father realized that his obsession was alienating him from his son, who told him that anybody can be special in their own different way and that the fun of LEGO is not just to assemble it as instructed, but to use it to create something new. Emmet also tells this to Lord Business, making him have a change of heart and cure everyone of the Kragle using water. After that, he reformed and became a president again.
Queen Dume
The Princess Twins of Legendale

When she tried to use the amulets together, it didn't work, and when day arrived, Dume hid on a side of the tower. She grabbed Eve's hand and fell from the tower to her death, after which she was crushed by falling rubble. Her efforts to take Eve with her were in vain, as Eve survived with Dawn's help.
Shaw
Open Season
"If I don't stop them... it'll be a total reversal of the natural order. They laugh at Old Shaw, but you'll see. The truth... will be revealed.”
Shaw returns for a final battle and shoots Elliot in the process, which enrages Boog to tie up Shaw with his own gun. Boog rushes over to Elliot's unconscious body but soon finds that Elliot survived the shot, only losing his second antler in the fight. The animals then begin beating up Shaw, until a helicopter flies in and lands, frightening Shaw and causing him to run away into the forest. Beth is revealed to be the one in the helicopter and has returned to take Boog back home where he will be safe, but he instead stays with his friends. They both realize that the bear is at home in the forest. During the credits, Shaw is seen tarred and feathered after being beaten up by the other animals. He is then hit by Bob and Bobbie's RV while trying to cross the road and tied on the top of it. Bob and Bobbie laugh about this, believing Shaw to be Bigfoot. Scared out of his wits, Shaw screams out in defeat. It's unknown what happened to Shaw afterwards, but it's presumed that once Bob and Bobbie reached their destination, they realized that Shaw wasn't Bigfoot and let him go.
Max Mordon
Tad, the Lost Explorer
“Max Mordon on the case!”
However, Max takes over Paititi's idol and he is about to receive immortality. Though it would seem that Max has finally succeeded in his goal to become immortal, it turns out that the statue only grants immortality to those who hold it by turning them into mummies obligated to guard the idol as a price. As a result, Max is transformed into a living mummy, much to his horror. Upset by this turn of events, Max demanded that there must be an antidote to revolve the curse, only to learn in horror that Professor Lavrof told him there is no antidote. Tad then glares at Max, then grabs him by the throat after being called Toad, bringing him to the mummy council. The other mummies of Paititi then arrive to take Mordon to a prison in their hidden city, dragging him to the darkest cell to eternal jail as punishment for his actions. As he is being dragged away, Max cries out in agony over his sealed fate while demanding that he be released, even asking to contact his agent as he appears on TV. Max Mordon is currently imprisoned by the mummies, and it can be assumed that he serves a life sentence for all eternity in the mummies' prison.
Lord Farquaad
Shrek
"I'm not the monster here, you are. You and the rest of that fairytale trash, poisoning my perfect world.”
As Farquaad gloats, Shrek whistles for the Dragon, who destructively bursts in the window and swallows Farquaad whole in one bite, and she belches his crown back out afterwards. He also appears in Shrektacular's Karaoke Swamp, where he is seen in the Dragon's stomach with a match singing "Staying Alive" and is digested sometime after or during the Shrek dance party and presumably dies of starvation later on.
Messina
Freddie as F.R.O.7
“You little ugly frog! One day, I shall catch up with you, and destroy you, like I did your father, and your mother! And then I shall be all-powerful! I shall rule the world!”
Freddie remembers his father's words on their magic abilities. So Freddie immediately uses this to untangle Messina around him and throw her at a pole. Injured, Messina transforms into a vulture and claims she will return for vengeance on Freddie for "hurting his poor aunt" before flying off.
Ramses II
The Prince of Egypt
"I WILL NOT BE THE WEAK LINK! Tell your people, as of today, their workload has been doubled, thanks to your God. Or, is it thanks... to you?”
However, Rameses refuses not stop and, once the pillar of flame dissipates, he resumes his charge, prompting God to close the path through the waters made by Moses, drowning Rameses's army and sending Rameses himself hurling back onto the shore. He then yells out Moses's name one last time in anger and sorrow, broken by defeat. Hearing Rameses's cries, Moses sympathizes over his brother's losses and bids one last farewell to him before leaving with the Hebrews. Rameses' ultimate fate afterwards is unknown. Either way, his defeat shattered any illusion that he would ever make peace with his brother, as while Rameses was clearly saddened about having to disown his brother, said sadness was overtaken by his rage and pride.
