Original: Now insanely mad, she climbs herself up to stop the plane, even if it means endangering her own life. Fortunately, Ginger tricks Mrs. Tweedy into cutting the rope with her axe, and she falls through the barn window and lands headfirst in the safety valve of the pie machine, causing it to explode due to the overwhelming gravy pressure, destroying much of the barn as her farm is coated with gravy. After the explosion, Mrs. Tweedy finds herself covered in gravy and still stuck in the safety valve, despite having survived the explosion. As the chickens have finally escaped from the farm, Mr. Tweedy (having untied himself and barely escaped the explosion unscathed) berates his wife for not listening to him about the chickens in the first place. This only enrages Mrs. Tweedy, but before she can lash out at her husband for his incompetence, he, who is fed up with her abusing pushes over the heavy barn door on her, finally getting back at her and releasing himself from her influence. It remains unknown whether Mrs. Tweedy was killed or just severely injured by the impact of the door falling down on her.
Updated: After Molly, Ginger, and Rocky are rescued from falling into the grinder, Tweedy's axe gets stuck swinging in the air due to getting tied and hits her in the face, causing her to fall into the machine and get covered in breadcrumbs. Mrs. Tweedy seemingly survives this and after the rest of the group sets all of the chickens free on the Sir Eat A Lot truck, Mrs. Tweedy makes it out with Reginald astonished that she came out covered in breadcrumbs. At this point, it was also found that she retrieved her axe and starts chopping down parts of the truck to kill the chickens and get her revenge. However, Fowler then swings around from a rope and knocks Mrs. Tweedy off of the truck, into the water. Mr. Fry notices this and informs Mrs. Tweedy that the entire headquarters is having a meltdown and is overheating. The security laser ducks then start swarming Mrs. Tweedy and the lasers cause her to explode and die. Afterwards, a shot is seen as the entirety of Fun Land Farms is exploding and the entire business collapses as a result while all of the chickens and the rats all head home to their island paradise, where they become free once again.
Metal Beak
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010)

Luckily, Soren is able to grab the sharp branch and lift it up as Surtr flies at him, causing the owl to inadvertently impale himself through the head, which kills him. Near the end of the film, Kludd (who had survived falling into a forest fire during his battle with Soren) comes across Metal Beak's body and gazes down at his fallen leader's mask, possibly taking it for himself.
Phango
Khumba (2013)
"I can smell your fear. I can almost taste it!”
He followed Khumba onto a loose rock and scratched his flank, but Khumba managed to kicked Phango in the face, disorientating the leopard. The rock teetered on the edge of the cliff, and Khumba, in an altruistic attempt to save his foe, tried to apply counter-pressure to the rock. Phango again tried to attack the zebra, causing to Khumba flinch and let go of the rock, sending the evil leopard to falling to his death into the gorge below, with two boulders crushing him, ending his threat and reign of terror for good.
Lizard King
Axel: The Biggest Little Hero (2014)
“What is here belongs to us! And any hero who crosses us will meet our wrath!”
As the Lizard King attempts to crush Pootron, Axel tells Pootron to fart into the Lizard King's face. He does so, farting fire into his face and making him catch fire. He ends up slamming his arm onto the edge of the cliff, which then breaks and makes him fall straight down to his death into the pit, most likely getting destroyed.
Ruber
Quest for Camelot (1998)
"One day, that sword will be in my hand, and all will be mine!”
Ruber closes in for the kill, but when he is about to strike, the two lovers step aside and Ruber accidentally plunges Excalibur back into the stone. The power of the stone kicks in and Ruber, realizing this, attempts to pull it away to no avail, as the energy gives off by the stone expunges the taint of his ACME potion from the sword. As a result, Ruber's soldiers revert to their ordinary human selves, permitting the knights of Camelot to arrest them and reclaim their kingdom and Bladebeak is transformed back into a chicken and Devon and Cornwall were split into two, but decide to stay as one. At the same time, Ruber is destroyed as the energies between the stone and the potion conflict with one another, disintegrating him to pieces, being eliminated by the very same power that he has sought to obtain, thus avenging Lionel.
King Haggard
The Last Unicorn (1982)

Carried on the white surf of incoming tides, the other unicorns emerge en masse from the water, causing Haggard's castle to collapse into the sea as they rush past, with Haggard falling to his death from the crumbling castle parapet, and ultimately joining the Bull in the sea. His last words were proclaiming that he knew Amalthea was the last.
Chester V
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013)
"Can your ideas change the world?”
Chester attempts to recover the machine from Barb, buts loses his balance and falls into the Live Corp Food Bar 8.0 Maker. He spots his holograms and asks them to save him, which they obey. Chester V gloats at Flint but stops when he falls right through his holograms (due to them being projections and completely unable to do anything to stop his falling.) His limbs and his head retract into his vest right before he hits the bottom of the grinder. He ricochets erratically between the blades of the machine before he is sling-shot out of the machine. However, as he attempts to escape, he is immediately grabbed by the Cheesespider's special sauce web and pulled into the mouth of the Cheesespider, but not before saying his last words: "I saved myself!". The Cheesespider spits out Chester V's vest. After a suspenseful moment, it deflates, revealing that Chester V had been eaten alive and killed as well by the Cheesespider, finally ending his threat to the Foodimals once and for all. Afterwards, Flint returns FLDSMDFR to its original spot and restores it, allowing the Foodimals to flourish. Although it's not confirmed, it is highly likely Chester's crimes were eventually revealed to the public and his company was shut down by the authorities, destroying Chester's and Live Corp's reputation for good.
Joe
Help! I'm A Fish (2000)
”One potion. One ocean. One ruler of all.”
Fly challenges his foe's intelligence by asking Joe many increasingly difficult questions, making Joe drink more antidote to answer each one of them, while gradually turning into a hideously deformed, mutated human/fish-like beast. It starts off with asking the square root of 6561, which after drinking the potion, gives him the answer of 81. Then, Fly asks what happens when objects travel at the speed of light. Joe then drinks more of the potion and comes up with the answer that it turns into pure energy. The next question Fly asks is "What came first the chicken or the egg?" which prompts Joe to drink even more of the potion and come up with how it depends on the amount of molecules present in the universe. Fly then asks "What happens to a fish if it drinks too much antidote?" in which Joe explains after drinking more of the antidote that the fish becomes human. After Joe becomes more human, Fly asks him a final question: "Can a human breathe underwater?" Joe answers "Of course not!", only to realize too late that he has been tricked. He eventually wheezes before he finally drowns, causing his lifeless, mutated body to be carried away by the water pump's current. With Joe dead, it is assumed that his empire soon crumbled and allowing the sea creatures to be freed from his enslavement while Fly, Chuck and Stella use the last of the antidote to become human again before reuniting with their parents, leaving Joe's plan in vain.
Victor Maynott
A Monster in Paris (2011)

Delighted that he finally killed the 'monster' of Paris, Maynott laughs triumphantly, but is arrested by his fellow police officers, who all realized Maynott's true colors during the chase. Fortunately, Francoeur is still alive and was given another dose of the fertilizer to become large again to have a happy life with Lucille, Raoul and their friends. In a post-credits scene, Maynott is forced to endure off-key singing from Albert and an unnamed burglar in prison, much to his horror.
