At the courtyard, the Mouse King stage a coup as he turning Parthenians into the stone statues, and then the Nutcracker eventually fight him again, but the ruthless tyrant loses by being shrunk to the size of an actual mouse after a shrinking spell cast he cast is reflected back on him, forcing him to flee into the sewers, which had all the people turned back to normal for their freedom and his evil spell was gone. However, still eager for revenge, he snatches the locket Clara wore and opening it and by sending her back home, but is afterwards knocked to the ground after Pimm (whom he’s riding on) is knocked out by a snowball throwing by Peppermint Girl.

Olive opens the van's side door and orders the Postman to give back the presents. Olive and the Postman then get into a big fight. However, Martini uses a jack-in-the-box, which scares the Postman causing his van to lose control and skit off the road into a snowdrift. Olive then rescues Martini and manages to get Santa's sack of toys back. The Postman then gets tied up and Santa thanks Olive for helping get the toys back from him. Later, back at the zoo, Martini puts the Postman in the penguin exhibit in his place and Martini becomes the new Postman while the evil Postman was given a Christmas Present full of fish by the other penguins, much to the Postman's dismay.

This was potentially because of Part XXXIV accidentally being labelled as Part XXXVI when it was uploaded, and Sonic didn't catch it originally.
