Despite being amazed for the fact that Lucy came back for Emmet, Rex thinks they are too late and attempts to go back in time and repate the same events, but Lucy manages to trick Rex into punching a cute sentient heart, triggering an explosion, destroying the piece that is part of his time machine and Rex topples in defeat. Lucy then tells Rex that Emmet will not become as Rex did, but Rex can be like Emmet as they ask him to join them, but Rex denies since he realizes that Emmet being saved by Lucy means he didn't end up becoming what Rex did, erasing his timeline and causing the deluded time-traveler to begin disappearing limb by limb. Accepting his fate, Rex tells Emmet to always be upbeat and thanks to Lucy for saving both of them, saying his last words: "Besides, this is a pretty righteous way to go out, no regrets! Except again not trademarking "No regrets", that was a mistake, one love!" before fading completely from existence. Rex's ultimate fate is unknown. Although he may have "died" or been "erased from existence" in the narrative of the LEGO universe, it must be taken into account that Rex's motivations were all just a figment of Finn's imagination, which mirrored his real-life altercations with his sister before they reconciled. His existence as a physical LEGO mini-figure is likely still intact in the human world, as the rate of decay when he died in the LEGO universe was greatly exaggerated.
Max Mordon

“Max Mordon on the case!”
However, Max takes over Paititi's idol and he is about to receive immortality. Though it would seem that Max has finally succeeded in his goal to become immortal, it turns out that the statue only grants immortality to those who hold it by turning them into mummies obligated to guard the idol as a price. As a result, Max is transformed into a living mummy, much to his horror. Upset by this turn of events, Max demanded that there must be an antidote to revolve the curse, only to learn in horror that Professor Lavrof told him there is no antidote. Tad then glares at Max, then grabs him by the throat after being called Toad, bringing him to the mummy council. The other mummies of Paititi then arrive to take Mordon to a prison in their hidden city, dragging him to the darkest cell to eternal jail as punishment for his actions. As he is being dragged away, Max cries out in agony over his sealed fate while demanding that he be released, even asking to contact his agent as he appears on TV. Max Mordon is currently imprisoned by the mummies, and it can be assumed that he serves a life sentence for all eternity in the mummies' prison.
Grimmel the Grisly

However, Grimmel grabs Hiccup's prosthetic leg, attempting to take him down with him to cause his death as well. Hiccup tells the Light Fury to save Toothless and lets go of her, causing him to almost fall to his demise while Grimmel rips off Hiccup's "wings" to further ensure his death. However, the Light Fury comes back for Hiccup after saving Toothless. Hiccup removes his prosthetic leg to separate himself from Grimmel, thus allowing the Light Fury to carry him to safety while Grimmel falls from the impact of the ocean below. The impact eventually crushes every bone in his body, killing him or causing him to drown slowly, thus proving Grimmel wrong that a human and a dragon's friendship isn't nonsense when the Light Fury saved Hiccup.
Kingpin
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Blaming Spider-Man for taking his family from him once again, Kingpin brutally beats Miles down, sadistically remarking that he's going to make sure he never sees his own family ever again. However, encouraged by his father, Miles stands up to Kingpin, and remarks that he will never be separated from his family, before delivering a venom blast which seemingly incapacitates Kingpin and ends up destroying the Super Collider for good. Afterwards, Miles webs Kingpin up and leaves him to be arrested by the New York City Police Department, who discover him shortly after Miles and his father make amends.
Stan Beals
The Ant Bully
"Enjoy a world that's entirely bug free. Call Beals-a-Bug and leave the bug killing to me.”
This allowed Lucas, his ant friends, and a wasp to inject the shrinking potion onto Stan's rear end, misshaping the bug exterminator. A large swarm of wasps come by to attack, and being unable to get back into his van since he is too small to reach the door handles, Stan fearfully pedals away on a stolen tricycle, vowing revenge. As a reward for saving the bugs, Lucas is grown back to his normal size and resume his life. It is unknown what happened to Stan afterwards and whether he survived or was killed. However there is some theories about his fate so or he got killed in some way (by the wasps or because of the poison of the potion) or the potion has only shrank him for a limited time and he would grow back to normal size and resume his life or he got shrunk even more and got caught by the wasps and the ants.
Moriarty
Sherlock Gnomes
“To be fair, it was needlessly complicated but that's what super-villains do.”
Sherlock arrives in the nick of time and pounces on Moriarty, knocking both of them off Tower Bridge. Watson grapples Sherlock, saving him, as Moriarty falls into the saltwater, where he's left floating away, promising his return as he loses his phone.
Lou

"Do you really think that you and your little band of sock puppets stand a chance here?"
As Lou is about to destroy the portal, he is confronted midway by Ox, and the two engage in a conflict until Lou thrusts his knitting needle to the portal, making a crack and eventually an explosion that blasts away both Lou and Ox. Lou managed to fully destroy the portal, despite Ox's attempts to stop him, but he is stopped by Lucky Bat, who beats him up with the same knitting needle that Lou is holding, Babo and Wage catch Lou and throw him to the robotic dog. Moxy is now commanding the other dolls, and Lou loses his status, Lou asks for a second chance, but he is ultimately thrown in the washing machine by Nolan (a doll who was called "Ugly" by Lou in the song "The Ugly Truth"). Lou (who is now messy and no longer perfect) is relegated to working as a janitor, where he is being watched by a robotic dog, if not, he'll be eaten or torn apart limb from limb.
Sergei
The Secret Life of Pets 2
"Sergei have new toy! Training is going to be a lot more fun."
Max, using his newfound bravery Rooster gave him, successfully infiltrates the train locomotive Sergei is in. The rest of the animals join in and attack Sergei. Sergei's conductor then stops the train and Hu and the others plan are about to return to New York but Sergei stops Hu from escaping by restraining him with his chain collar/leash and is just about to shoot them all until he is hit by The Cat Lady, knocking him out. It is unknown what happened to Sergei afterwards, but it's possible that he was fired from show business and arrested for his crimes.
